What forms of ownership are provided in the project?

• Freehold (freehold) - full ownership, for the villa. The villa is registered in the ownership of the Buyer or the Thai company of the Buyer. In accordance with Thai law, a foreign (natural) person can own no more than 49% of the shares of a Thai company, 51% are owned by Thais.

• Leasehold (leasehold) - long-term lease, only for a land plot, the term is 30 years with the possibility of extension + 30 + 30 years, total 90 years. Under Thai law, only Thai citizens and Thai companies can own land.

At the same time, at the request of the Buyer, the land plot can be registered in the ownership of the Thai company of the Buyer.
